• Limousine bookings are accepted by phone call only.

• All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

• Twin City Cabs reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings due to safety, capacity, or operational reasons.

3. Limousine Service

• Limousine rates vary between weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

• Pricing is provided at the time of booking and may change based on event type, duration, and travel distance.

• Advance bookings are recommended for special occasions and peak periods.

4. Parcel Delivery Service

• Parcels must be properly packaged and clearly labeled, especially if containing fragile or breakable items.

• Twin City Cabs does not accept perishable items (such as food or temperature-sensitive goods).

• The sender is responsible for ensuring parcels are securely packed for transport.

• Twin City Cabs is not liable for damage to items that are poorly packaged, unlabeled, or mishandled by the sender.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, distance, and traffic conditions.

5. Liability

• While we take care to ensure a safe and timely service, Twin City Cabs is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • Loss or damage of goods not properly packed or labeled.

  • Indirect losses, missed appointments, or consequential damages.

6. Conduct and Safety

• Passengers and senders must act respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.

• The company reserves the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe or inappropriate behavior.
